QWhat is your returns policy?

A. You must notify us within 2 days from date of delivery, via email at sales@diyshop.com

All returned products must be in their original packaging. We will not accept responsibility

for returned items damaged or lost in the post, so we advise you to take out postal

insurance. 

Any refund given will exclude carriage costs.

Q. I have received a faulty item, what is the returns procedure?

A. Please send us an email telling us what the problem is and we will email you back with

our returns procedure.

Q. I live on a Scottish island how much will the delivery cost?

A. Please email us for a quotation price prior to placing your order.

Q. Are your items new?

A. All our items are new.

Q. Will I receive the same item that is seen in the photograph?

A. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. 

We endeavour to reproduce images of the items we sell, however, manufacturers constantly update, improve the design and specification of items. 

It is not always possible to update item photographs as quickly as the product lines change.
